Q & A
Q: What makes you stand apart from your competitors?
A: We are truly a family owned and operated business with my niece Sadie in the office and me (the owner) in the field. So when you call you always get to talk to the same person and when someone comes out to your home you always get the same person.
We focus on real customer relationships and give advice for complete indoor air quality options that you can actually benefit from.
Because we're a small business we're able to provide these services at a price that typically beats our competitors price, and because we're a small business we truly care about every single customer like it's our own family. Our reputation means everything to us!
Q: How long have you been doing HVAC work?
A: I started my HVAC journey in 2003 at Poudre Valley Air and worked for several HVAC companies picking up positive aspects from each of them that I incorporate into MAMC. So, about 23 years!
Q: What is your favorite thing about what you do?
A: when I was about 15 I figured out what drives me as an individual is helping others. At that age I had no idea how I wanted to do that, but after getting into the HVAC industry and finding out that I was good at it, I knew I had found my calling.
Q: What are your long term goals that motivate you to work so hard?
A: Well at first it was financial freedom and getting to be my own boss. After a few years had passed and the ball started rolling for MAMC, I decided I wanted to help other people achieve their personal, professional and financial goals and not just chase after my own. So I hired an office manager and I also plan to hire a few guys to help me in the field and try and provide a pleasant work environment for them to reach their life goals.
